"Sizing was a little off for me"
The shirt itself looked totally fine, so I’m not trying to make it sound like it was a disaster or anything. It just ran a bit smaller than I expected, which was frustrating. Maybe it’ll fit someone else perfectly, but I followed the size chart and still felt like it wasn’t quite accurate. Not a huge deal, I just wish the sizing info had been a little more reliable.

"Support Was Useless"
Tried reaching out for help and the support crew took forever to reply. When they finally did, it wasn’t even helpful. felt like a waste of time.

"Box was fine, even if it wasn’t"
My order got here right on time, and the packaging was solid. One corner of the box was dented, which kind of annoyed me at first, but also I didn’t really care once I saw the item inside was completely fine. So yeah, not perfect, but somehow still totally okay with it

"Logging in made me lose a bit of confidence"
I was just trying to get into my Atlus account, but the login kept sending me in circles and looping me back like nothing worked. I tried resetting my password too, and that took longer than it should have. I did finally get in, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be, and it made me trust the whole account system a little less.

"Fun games, kinda odd platform choices lol"
The games are good, I just wish more of them were available on every platform. It’s a little frustrating when something looks fun and then you realize it’s not on what you use lol.

"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I hopped on atlus.com to look up some game info, and I have to admit, it was easier to get around than I expected. The menus were straightforward, and I didn’t end up doing that annoying thing where you click through five pages just to find one detail.
The pages loaded fine for me, and the layout was simple enough without feeling cluttered. I’m not saying it’s the most amazing site ever, but for checking game pages and news, it did the job well. Overall, a decent experience...

"Refund went through, just took a bit"
I ended up canceling my order after realizing I’d picked the wrong edition, which was totally on me. The cancel button wasn’t hard to find, although for a minute I was wondering if I’d missed a step because the confirmation email didn’t come right away.
The refund showed up after a few days, so it wasn’t instant, but I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone down. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the updates came through a little faster, but overall it worked out fine.

"Worked better than I expected"
I’ve used atlus a few times now, and it’s been smooth every time. Pages loaded fast, I didn’t run into any weird bugs or broken links, and checkout/account stuff was easy enough. I’m usually loyal to other game sites and don’t love switching where I buy or manage things, so I was a little skeptical, but this didn’t really give me anything to complain about. It just worked, which is all I needed.

Not sure if this is how it went for everyone, but for me the game showed up right on time at launch. I was kind of expecting some delay or something, but it was just there and ready to go. Smooth overall.

I was just glad everything came the way I picked it. My order was filled correctly, nothing was missing or swapped, and it all showed up on time. I didn’t have to deal with any mix-ups or annoying back-and-forth, which is really all I care about when I order something. Happy with how it went.

"Collector’s edition actually felt worth it"
I picked up the collector’s edition i’m happy with it. Everything showed up packed well, which was a relief because I never fully trust customer service to fix things if they arrive damaged. The artbook, soundtrack, and little extras all feel like they were actually worth the extra money. Shipping was smooth too, so no complaints there. Atlus did a good job with this one.

"I ordered a hoodie and was disappointed..."
I ordered a hoodie and was disappointed after the first wash. The fit was okay, but the print already started cracking, which made it feel kind of cheap. For the price, I expected something more like... I don’t know, just better quality overall.

"Fast shipping, no hassle"
I ordered from Atlus and it was smooth. It shipped faster than I expected and showed up on the exact day the tracking said it would, which somehow made me trust the whole thing more, even though I guess that’s just how tracking is supposed to work.

The box looked fine when it arrived and nothing felt messed with or damaged. It wasn’t some amazing delivery experience or anything, but it was easy and reliable, and that’s all I really needed

"I’ve had my Atlus account for a while..."
I’ve had my Atlus account for a while now, i haven’t had any random login problems or spammy stuff show up after signing up. For me, that’s a big deal because I really don’t want to waste time worrying about my account. The security settings were easy to find, and changing my password didn’t turn into some annoying process. I also appreciated that the privacy info wasn’t buried somewhere confusing. Overall, it just makes me feel like my account is safe, and that’s really what matters most to me.

"Wish I’d Bought It Sooner"
I’ve been buying Atlus games for years, i don’t know why I ever hesitated with this one. Same great quality as always, and I haven’t felt let down at all. If anything, I regret waiting as long as I did to jump in.
